New Service · Website Accessibility Auditing

Identify ADA compliance gaps
before a plaintiff's attorney does.

We test against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and deliver a prioritized remediation plan — not a sales pitch. Fixed pricing, clear scope, no compliance guarantees we can't back up.

Clear Garment Group provides technical accessibility auditing — not legal advice. Results do not guarantee compliance or immunity from legal action.

Litigation Risk Alert

In 2025, plaintiffs filed 3,117 website accessibility lawsuits in federal court — up from 2,452 in 2024. Including state-court filings, the total reached 3,948. Small and mid-sized businesses are frequently targeted, often without prior notice.

About Overlay Widgets

Automated overlay tools that claim to make websites compliant with a single line of code have been found insufficient by courts. In April 2025, the FTC ordered accessiBe — one of the largest overlay providers — to pay $1 million for misleading claims about its product's ability to achieve WCAG compliance. There is no substitute for testing and remediation.
